RCBearings LLC uses the United States Post Office for the majority of shipments made as a result of orders from this web site. We will ship orders only to the address provided by customers during the checkout process. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions made during this process. It is the customers' responsibility to make sure that all information provided is correct. Shipments returned to us will be re-sent upon request and after payment of new shipping charges. Shipping costs will never be refunded unless the error was our fault. We do not charge a restocking fee.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
Domestic shipping will be made by First Class Package, Priority Mail or Federal Express as requested by the customer during checkout. All packages will have Delivery Confirmation and the confirmation number will be sent to you upon shipment. Remember that the USPS is not required to update tracking during transit of the package! Orders placed before 3:000pm, M-F will normally be packed and shipped that day. Orders received after that time may be packed and shipped the next business day.
International shipping for most countries will be made by First Class International Package, Priority Mail International or Federal Express as requested by the customer during checkout. All USPS packages will have Delivery Confirmation and the confirmation number will be sent to you upon shipment. Be aware that the USPS will only update tracking information up to the point the package leaves the USA. After that, tracking is dependent on the mail service of the receiving country and many countries DO NOT update the USPS web site with their tracking information except for Federal Express

For any other country we now only guarantee delivery with Federal Express International package service. We understand that this service is expensive but when packages aren't delivered, the customers expect US to pay for it. We will also offer USPS First Class International Air Mail shipping with proof of mailing, but the customer understands that if they select this method, we are not responsible for tracking the package once it leaves the USA. If the package goes missing, it is up to the customer to file a claim with their own country postal system. If we can find a way to reduce the cost while making sure the package will be delivered, we will certainly do so.
